SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

We promise we don't have anything against developers or custom-coded apps, but our priority is to provide high-value solutions that rapidly unlock the potential of the Salesforce platform through configuration and iteration. The maintenance burden of custom code means that it should be the last resort, not the first choice. That said, we recognize that configured solutions have their limits, and when we hit them, we look to the Salesforce AppExchange and the Partner community for products built on the Salesforce platform. When we can't find an app and the solution is too complex to configure, we then ask our developers to jump in and save the day!
